Limited Warranties
Cabina Qatar stands behind the quality of its products by offering limited warranties. These warranties apply exclusively to the original purchaser, are non-transferable, and cover manufacturing defects under normal use.
Warranties do not extend to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
Coverage:
The Product is covered by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years for the Solid Surface part and 1 year for the wooden part from the Delivery date, provided that the Product is used under normal conditions and in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or installation errors.
Warranty Claims:
To make a warranty claim, the Customer must contact the Distributor or Manufacturer with proof of purchase. The Manufacturer or Distributor may repair, replace, or refund the purchase price at its discretion.
