Prices
- All prices are in Qatari Riyals.
- All prices are fixed at the time of order.
- Customers agree on design, sizes, colors, manufacturing, and installation during the purchase process.
- The quoted price includes local delivery charges, fabrication and installation fees unless otherwise stated and not including any appliances, sanitary ware, electrical, plumbing or any civil work required at the site.
- No additional costs or modifications after agreement and completion of the purchase and manufacturing process.
Payment
- Title deed of sold goods remains under the ownership of Cabina Qatar until the full invoice amount is paid.
- Title deed is transferred to the customer upon receipt of the full payment and all payments must be cleared before work commences.
Refund and Replacement Policy
- Customers may claim a refund of goods within 7 (Seven) days from the date of the sales invoice and claims must be made within 7 days.
- Original sales invoice and delivery note must be submitted for claim verification.
- Defects must be reported within the manufacturer’s warranty period or within 7 (Seven) days from the date of the invoice.
- Non-returnable Items: Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged by the Customer are non-returnable / non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
- Upon installation, the Customer is responsible for inspecting the Product for any visible defects or damages. Any issues must be reported within [7 days] of work installation.
Variation in Color/Shade
- Normal variation of 3% to 5% in color/shade during each production batch for the provided sample.
Cancellation
- To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we offer order cancellation before the item is shipped. You have the flexibility to cancel your order by contacting our customer service team
Customer Responsibility
- The customer must ensure that the installation site is ready, accessible, and free from any obstacles that may hinder the delivery or installation process.
- The Customers must prepare required on-site elements (electricity points, water, drainage connections) before delivery.
- Any delays caused by an unprepared site will result in rescheduling the installation.
